Tuesdays 6:00pm to 7:15pm
A beginners level class teaching the "short form" of Yang style T'ai Chi Chuan. We concentrate on developing relaxation and central equilibrium, and introduce the "five principles" and "three treasures" of T'ai Chi. We quickly lead students to a direct experience of Chi. A term consists of twelve classes.
